Day-wise itinerary

Day 1: UK → New York City
Board your flight to New York City. On arrival, meet the team and transfer to the hotel (or go directly for dinner depending on arrival time). Settle in and get your first taste of the city’s energy before an Indian dinner. Overnight in New York City.

Day 2: New York City • Liberty Island • Manhattan by Night
After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour including the Statue of Liberty (ferry to Liberty Island included) and skyline viewpoints. Continue to One World Observatory (entrance included), then explore highlights such as Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero (outside) and Central Park. In the evening, take a ‘Manhattan by Night’ drive past Times Square, the Empire State Building and other illuminated icons, with time to soak in the buzz of SoHo/Chinatown before dinner. Overnight in New York City.

Day 3: New York City → Philadelphia → Washington DC
Depart after breakfast for the US capital. En‑route stop in Philadelphia for an orientation tour in the city where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed, seeing key landmarks before continuing to Washington DC. Check in, enjoy dinner and relax for the night. Overnight in Washington DC.

Day 4: Washington DC City Tour → Harrisburg
After breakfast, discover Washington DC on a guided city tour featuring major sights such as the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court and the Capitol area, plus museums including the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum (entrance included) and the Museum of Natural History (as scheduled). Continue onwards to Harrisburg for dinner and overnight. Overnight in Harrisburg.

Day 5: Harrisburg → Hershey’s Chocolate World → Niagara Falls
Check out after breakfast and explore Pennsylvania’s capital region before visiting Hershey’s Chocolate World (entrance included) to learn how chocolate is made and sample treats. Continue to Niagara Falls, check in and freshen up. You’ll have free time to explore the falls area; evening illumination viewing is possible independently (not included). Dinner and overnight in Niagara Falls.

Day 6: Niagara Falls • Maid of the Mist + Cave of the Winds
A full day at Niagara Falls: ride the world‑famous Maid of the Mist, experience the power of the falls from up close at the Cave of the Winds, and enjoy additional attractions such as the Niagara Adventure Theatre, Discovery Center and Aquarium of Niagara (included as scheduled). Return for dinner and overnight in Niagara Falls.

Day 7: Niagara Falls → Las Vegas (Flight)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to the ‘Sin City’ of Las Vegas. Check in and, in the evening, enjoy a guided stroll along the legendary Strip with photo stops and visits to some of the iconic mega‑resorts. Dinner and overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 8: Las Vegas • Strip Walk & Free Time
Today is flexible—relax by the pool, browse outlets, or continue exploring the Strip’s casinos, shopping plazas and themed hotels. Enjoy the city’s famous free shows and spectacular interiors. Optional: a Las Vegas show (must be booked in advance). Dinner and overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 9: Las Vegas → Hoover Dam → Grand Canyon West Rim → Las Vegas
Depart early for Boulder City, crossing the Hoover Dam for photo stops. Continue to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon to visit an indigenous cultural area and viewpoint trails. Optional: Skywalk on the glass bridge, and/or a helicopter ride (advance booking recommended). Return to Las Vegas for overnight. Dinner and overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 10: Las Vegas → Los Angeles • Hollywood & Beverly Hills
Drive from Nevada to California, with a stop at a factory outlet near the state line. Arrive in Los Angeles for a city tour focused on Hollywood’s greatest hits—Sunset Strip, Mann’s Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre (Kodak Theatre) and the Walk of Fame—then head to Beverly Hills for a short tour, including Rodeo Drive. Dinner and overnight in Los Angeles.

Day 11: Los Angeles • Universal Studios Hollywood (Full Day)
Spend a full day at Universal Studios Hollywood (entry included) to enjoy studio tours, themed lands, rides and entertainment. Your tour manager will advise the best schedule for the group. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight in Los Angeles.

Day 12: Los Angeles → Santa Barbara → Solvang → Fresno
After breakfast, travel north along the Pacific Coast for dramatic coastal views. Stop in Santa Barbara to visit its harbour, beaches and historic Spanish Mission area, then continue to the Danish‑style town of Solvang to see windmills and charming streets. Continue to Fresno for dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Fresno → Yosemite National Park → San Francisco
Drive into Yosemite National Park to experience soaring granite domes, waterfalls, meadows and forested valleys along the Merced River—one of America’s earliest wilderness parks. After time in the park (lunch at own expense), continue to San Francisco for dinner and overnight.

Day 14: San Francisco City Tour • Golden Gate Bridge • Harbour Cruise past Alcatraz
Explore San Francisco’s top sights on a guided city tour including Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob Hill and the Old Spanish Mission Dolores. In the afternoon, enjoy a harbour cruise with views of the Bay and a sail past the famous Alcatraz Prison. Dinner and overnight in San Francisco.

Day 15: Depart San Francisco
Depending on your flight time, enjoy some free time for last‑minute shopping or a waterfront stroll before transferring to the airport for your return flight. Breakfast included; meals later as per flight timing.

Day 16: Arrive Home
Arrive back home with memories of America from coast to coast.
