These terms and conditions (“Policy”) govern all travel services, bookings, payments, amendments, and cancellations made with Jain Voyagers Inc. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy, governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable Canadian federal laws.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
A confirmation email will be sent detailing your itinerary, services booked, and payment received.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized payment gateways.
Group/custom bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the balance payable 30 days before the departure date.
Amendment requests must be submitted via email or customer service.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes requested within 14 days of departure may incur a fee of CAD 85 per person.
To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 25% of total cost or full deposit (whichever is higher)
59–40 days: 50% of total cost
39–30 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 30 days: 100% (no refund)
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 60 to 90 business days from cancellation confirmation.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Non-refundable items such as insurance, visas, or flight tickets are excluded.
In the rare event we cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest):
A full refund will be offered, or
An equivalent travel alternative will be provided.
No refunds are available for any unused travel services, including early departures, no-shows, or missed activities.
Jain Voyagers Inc. will not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters. Alternative arrangements will be made where feasible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
We collect personal information solely to fulfill your booking. This may include name, contact details, and payment data.
Your information may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., hotels, airlines) solely for travel fulfillment purposes. Data is protected under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill travel services and comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Privacy Compliance Officer at legal@jainvoyagers.ca.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
We aim to resolve issues promptly. Unresolved disputes may be referred to a neutral third-party mediator or governed by Alberta’s consumer protection laws.
