Supplier precedence: Some services are governed by supplier terms (airlines, hotels, rail, attractions, etc.). If supplier terms conflict with these Terms, supplier terms apply for that specific service.
1. Introduction
How these Terms apply when you browse, request a quote, book, or travel with JainVoyagers.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including bookings, travel arrangements, and related services we provide. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

- Client/You: The person making the booking and all travelers under that booking.
- Services: Any travel products arranged by JainVoyagers (directly or through suppliers).
- Supplier: Independent providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, operators, etc.).
- Confirmed Booking: Confirmed in writing and required payment received.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Deposits, payment deadlines, pricing accuracy, and accepted methods.
2.1 Booking confirmation
- A deposit (as communicated) must be paid at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made within the timeframe mentioned in your booking confirmation or as agreed.
2.2 Pricing
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until confirmed.
- Once confirmed, pricing remains fixed unless you request changes.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable Canadian taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment methods
- Bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods accepted by Jain Voyagers Inc.
- All payments must be in CAD unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 Late payments
- Late payment may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
- Additional supplier costs arising due to late payment are the client’s responsibility.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation slabs and the 60–90 day refund processing window.
3.1 Cancellations by the customer
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- Up to 60 days before departure: 30% of total cost.
- 59–30 days before departure: 60% of total cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
3.2 Cancellations by us
- We may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will offer alternatives or refunds subject to supplier rules.
3.3 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 60 to 90 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Note: Supplier non-refundable items may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
4. Amendments to Bookings
Changes, supplier fees, and availability rules.
- Amendments must be requested in writing and may incur charges.
- We may deny amendments affecting availability or service quality.
- Supplier change fees and fare differences may apply.
5. Your Responsibilities
Passports/visas, insurance, and behavior standards.
5.1 Travel documents
- You must ensure passports, visas, permits, and health documents are valid.
- We are not liable for costs arising from missing/invalid documents.
5.2 Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- We are not responsible for losses not covered by your policy.
5.3 Conduct
- We can refuse service/terminate a booking for inappropriate behavior.
- No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Our Responsibilities
Our role in delivering arrangements and coordinating third-party suppliers.
- We provide arrangements per itinerary/confirmation subject to operational realities.
- Many services are delivered by independent suppliers; we act as an intermediary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Key exclusions and caps on liability.
- No liability for loss/damage to personal property during the trip.
- No liability for injury/illness/death from activities outside arranged services.
- No liability for additional costs due to delays/cancellations beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the cost of the booking and excludes consequential losses.
8. Force Majeure
Uncontrollable events and resulting changes.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and strikes.
9. Complaints Procedure
Steps and deadlines for raising complaints.
- Report issues immediately during travel for faster resolution.
- If unresolved, email grievances@jainvoyagers.ca within 14 days after the trip.
- We aim to respond within 28 days.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
PIPEDA compliance and supplier data sharing.
- We handle personal data in line with Canada’s PIPEDA.
- Your data may be shared with suppliers only to deliver booked services.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Updates, publishing, and acceptance.
- We may update these terms without prior notice.
- Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable law and dispute jurisdiction.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Ontario, Canada.
