Classic Rockies Drive: Banff to Jasper via Icefields (7 Days)

Day 1: Arrive Calgary | Easy Start

Arrival assistance and private transfer to the hotel. Keep the day light with an optional stroll around Stephen Avenue or the riverfront pathways. Brief tour briefing, route overview and weather/road update for the coming days. Rest early for a smooth Rockies departure tomorrow.

Day 2: Calgary → Banff | Mountain Arrival

Drive into the Rockies with a scenic approach and comfort breaks. Arrive Banff and visit Bow Falls and Surprise Corner. Enjoy time in the town centre for cafés, souvenirs and mountain views. Optional evening at a curated restaurant or Indian/Jain meal setup.

Day 3: Lake Louise & Surrounds | Iconic Lakes

Visit Lake Louise for shoreline time and classic viewpoints. Continue to Bow Lake and Peyto Lake lookout (seasonal access and walking conditions permitting). Return to Banff with a relaxed schedule to avoid rushing. Evening free for Banff Avenue exploration.

Day 4: Banff → Jasper | Icefields Parkway Highlights

Depart early for the Icefields Parkway, stopping at Crowfoot Glacier and Waterfowl Lakes viewpoints. Reach the Columbia Icefield area for an optional Ice Explorer and Skywalk experience (upgrade). Continue north with photo stops at Athabasca Glacier views. Arrive Jasper and settle in.

Day 5: Jasper National Park | Waterfalls & Canyons

Explore Athabasca Falls and enjoy viewpoint time with short walks. Continue to Maligne Canyon for an easy trail section and bridges. If road conditions permit, include Patricia Lake or Pyramid Lake for calm reflection moments. Evening at leisure in Jasper town.

Day 7: Departure | Edmonton Airport Transfer
